I have recently purchased a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool spa and built in fire pit in East Hemet/ Valle Vista area using an FHA loan. Teresa Tims and her team helped me through this frightening but exciting time. It is scary being a single of mom of 3 adult children and a 12 year old who all still live at home due to the job crisis many of our young people face. I wanted security for my children, a place they can call home without worries of rent increases and having to change schools or meet new friends. I needed the security so I decided to take a step of faith. Teresa was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect every step of the way. She was honest in telling me what I should and should not be doing. I felt very comfortable working with and her team. Anytime I had a question or concerns I would just pick up the phone and someone from her team would be there to assist me and clam my nerves. During my transaction I had some personal issues that came up and Teresa and her team stuck with me and helped me to complete the process. I really felt that she was working for my best interest. Her office TDR Mortgage and Real Estate Group is in Upland but I never had to travel there once. I was able to complete all paperwork through scanning and faxing. I am extremely satisfied with the services Teresa and her team provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
