Orange County 3.5% FHA financing- Closed in 21 Days
There are times we get lucky enough to work with a great team. This time around we got to work with the Victor and Carolina Real Estate Team. www.VictorandCarolina.com They had a client who wanted to buy a condo in Orange county with FHA financing. It is very difficult to find condos that are FHA financing approved but they were able to find a 3bed 2.5 bath condo for them for only $460k- FHA Financing.
They came to us for the financing part of it. They wrote the offer for 21day, the condo had some litigation issues and the income has some puzzle pieces. Luckily with their hard work and our knowledge we were able to close this transaction in 21days with no issues. The clients are only going to have to pay a bit more than rent and only had to put 3.5% for down payment for FHA financing !!!!
