Some of the products that we are featuring right now are the CALHFA, 1st time buyer products that can get your buyers in for $2000 to $4000 total. We’ve been doing these since 1998 and pretty good at them so if you have a client that has made too much money in the past, the income limits have gone up to as much as $175,000 a year. Jumbo 40 year Interest Only Home Loan

Another program that we’re offering is a 40 year interest-only Jumbo Home Loan product with only 5% down. 5% down is an affordable solution to an entire market that previously had to put down 10-20%.  That essentially affords a highly-qualified buyer to have the lowest payments on the market in Southern California.

Exclusive Higher Home Loan Limits than Most Lenders

Something that just came out in July that I’m proud to offer and have an exclusive in the California Market, with an emphasis on the Inland Empire where previously the limit was about 450k.   Conventional loans that now go up to a $679,000 loan limit.   Good news for San Bernardino and Riverside county which were previously very underserved at loan limits in the mid 4’s.  We are happy to be able to now help these potential Home Buyers.
